Chelsea's former team doctor Eva Carneiro has married her partner Jason De Carteret in London on Wednesday. Ms Carneiro, who is suing Chelsea and team manager Jose Mourinho for constructive dismissal, looked radiant in a sleeveless wedding dress with lace detailing and a train. The 42-year-old Gibraltar-born sports physician carried a bouquet of white roses and wore her hair in a classic bridal up-do with a long veil.

As the couple left the church, Mr De Carteret, whose mint-green waistcoat matched the dresses of Ms Carneiro's bridesmaids, could not keep his eyes off his stunning bride.
Both Mr and Mrs beamed as they exited the St Patrick’s Church, in London’s Soho after the private service, and kissed for the cameras
The wedding between the ex-Chelsea physio and her business consultant and polar explorer husband was attended by former players, including goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer, who now plays for Leicester City.
Ms Carneiro was born in Gibraltar to a Spanish father and an English mother and studied medicine at the University of Nottingham.
She then headed to the Australasian College of Sports Physicians before completing an MSc in Sport and Exercise at London’s Queen Mary University.

Mourinho drops Carneiro and Fearn from bench (August)

After first working for West Ham United, she joined Chelsea in 2009 as reserve-team doctor, and two years later, former Blues boss Andre Villas-Boas brought her into the first-team fold.
Before experiencing the men's game, she worked under Hope Powell as part of the doctors training with the England women's football team.
Carneiro, who supports Spanish side Real Madrid, has spoken about her love of other sports, saying she enjoyed ballet and riding as a teenager before focusing her attention on football. She also likes to surf, something she learnt in Australia, and samba.
As one of the few female top sports physios in the world, Carneiro has gained quite a following, and has previously revealed that 80 per cent of her fan mail comes from young girls keen to follow in her footsteps.
She has also spoken of her own dismal role models while growing up, criticising the lack of powerful, independent female physicians:
She told The Gibraltar Magazine in 2009: 'In every programme I've ever watched in my life about female doctors, the woman has been hyper-sexualised - she gets off with Tom Cruise - and it's all happy endings or she's not present. Or she's a lesbian.'

Ms Carneiro's new husband, Mr De Carteret, is a polar explorer, motivational speaker and business consultant.
Mr De Carteret has led dozens of expeditions on several continents and was the first British person to be allowed to compete in the most northern dog sled race in the world.
The former Chelsea doctor quit her role at the club after Jose Mourinho publicly criticised her handling of winger Eden Hazard’s injury in the final minutes of the 2-2 draw with Swansea City on August 8.
Although Hazard is reluctant to get involved in the case, the Chelsea winger can be compelled to give evidence at an employment tribunal, it was reported yesterday.
It means Hazard would have to confirm whether or not he asked referee Michael Oliver for treatment before Ms Carneiro and physio Jon Fearn raced on to the pitch at Stamford Bridge.

Television footage of the incident appeared to show Hazard asking for medical attention, but the Chelsea winger is the only person who can confirm that this conversation took place.
Mourinho called the club’s medical staff ‘impulsive and naive’ after the incident that left Chelsea briefly down to nine men following the dismissal of goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
Ms Carneiro claims her position at the club was made untenable following Mourinho’s post-match comments and she has failed to reach a financial settlement with Chelsea.
That triggered last week’s decision to serve formal notice on Chelsea’s legal team that she intends to resolve the matter at an employment hearing.
Carneiro was taken off first-team duties immediately after the Swansea game.
Mourinho has already been cleared by an FA investigation, which looked into claims he used discriminatory language during his exchange with Carneiro.

THE EVA CARNEIRO ROW - DEVELOPMENTS AS THEY HAPPENED

August 8 - With Chelsea struggling late on in their Barclays Premier League opener at home to Swansea, Hazard went to ground and the referee called for treatment, at which point Carneiro and physio Jon Fearn went on to the pitch to treat him.
After the 2-2 draw, Mourinho branded his medical staff 'impulsive and naive' as treating Hazard meant Chelsea would be temporarily down to nine men - Thibaut Courtois had already been sent off. 'Whether you are a kit man, doctor or secretary on the bench you have to understand the game,' Mourinho said.
August 11 - It emerged that Carneiro's role at the club was to change with a downgrading of responsibilities, limiting her to the team's training base as she would no longer attend matches.
August 12 - FIFA's chief medical officer Jiri Dvorak was among those to denounce Chelsea's treatment of Carneiro, with the medical community pointing out that she and Fearn had no choice but to respond to the referee's instruction to come on to the pitch.
August 14 - Mourinho confirmed neither Carneiro nor Fearn would be on the bench for Chelsea's next match against Manchester City, but said they might return in the future.
September 11 - FIFA said it would draw up a new code of practice for team doctors in the wake of the controversy.
September 22 - After Carneiro parted company with Chelsea, Football Association board member Heather Rabbatts expressed her 'sadness and anger' at the Portuguese's departure from the club.
September 23 - The Football Medical Association stated it would continue to support Carneiro 'on a professional level'.
September 24 - Premier League Doctors' Group called for safeguards to be in place for team doctors.
September 30 - The FA confirmed Mourinho would face no action over allegations he made discriminatory comments towards Carneiro during the August 8 confrontation. Women in Football questioned the verdict, while the FA said an 'independent academic expert in Portuguese linguistics' had been called upon to analyse footage of the incident.
October 1 - Rabbatts expressed 'major concerns' over the FA's handling of the disciplinary process, with FMA chief executive Eamonn Salmon expressing surprise over the absence of Carneiro as a witness. FA chairman Greg Dyke, in a letter to council members, admitted Mourinho should have apologised amid 'a failure of his personal judgement and public behaviour'.
October 2 - Carneiro issued a statement insisting she was not requested by the FA to make a statement about Mouinho's alleged remarks. Also said the FA did not ask her for a statement after she was the victim of sexist abuse at West Ham in March and criticised a lack of support from football authorities. Although the FA said she was given an opportunity.
October 29 - Carneiro's lawyers serve notice on the club that she intends to seek a claim for constructive dismissal.
November 2 - News breaks that a separate legal claim will be submitted against Mourinho.
November 10 - Chelsea fear Eden Hazard will be called as one of Carneiro’s star witnesses when her claim against the club for constructive dismissal is heard next year
