Woman whose baby son died during labor claims her doctor REFUSED to give her a C-Section.

A woman whose baby died during childbirth is considering taking legal action against a doctor she claims caused her infant's death by refusing to perform a C-section.

Tatyana Phillips, 18, of Houston, Texas, went to the East Houston Regional Medical Center to give birth on November 4, but while she was in labor, her baby boy became 'stuck in the birth canal', her lawyer, Chance McMillan, told Yahoo Parenting.

The teen's mother and aunt then asked the obstetrician, Dr. June Colman, 52, to perform a C-section, but instead, the doctor used a vacuum extractor, which broke the baby's clavicle, to assist with the vaginal birth, and the infant did not survive.

Devastating: The teenager's baby boy, D'Mauri, died during labor after the doctor allegedly broke his clavicle by using a vacuum extractor.

'I anticipate they’ll say he was stillborn,' Tatyana's lawyer said of the baby, who was named D'Mauri and weighed nine pounds, seven ounces. However, Chance adds that on the would-be mom's discharge papers, the doctor wrote 'live birth', and also listed the child's Agpar score, which is the first medical test given to newborns in the hospital.

While a devastated Tatyana has not commented on the ordeal as she mourns the loss of her child, her aunt, Kendra Rainey, posted a series of graphic Facebook photos of the dead infant's wounded, bloody head, along with a fiery rant against the hospital.

Kendra wrote that Dr. Colman entered the hospital room 'dressed as if she was going dancing', and was 'in a rush' and 'very rude' to the Phillips family. She said that as the doctor instructed Tatyana to push, she noticed that the infant's umbilical cord was 'wrapped around his neck', and the obstetrician reached inside her to change the baby's position and try to unwrap the cord.

Horrible: Tatyana's lawyer, Chance McMillan, says the doctor failed to perform a C-section - even after the infant became stuck in her birth canal.

Bigger investigation: According to reports, the doctor disciplined and fined $3,000 by the Texas Medical Board in 2014 for the mishandling of three deliveries
